Hi Adrian,
<.... Make a breeding cell...Get a P6 engine ...and link it to a
dynamo.
<... This seems to be more desirable than trying to run a car.......
Agreed, but sometimes something that is desirable may be out of our
reach. <g>
1. From my limited knowledge, I would say that a stationary engine
conversion is very rare, sort of like rocking horse poo. <g>
2. One of the problems is the isolation that is required from the
converted plant and the ground or the 'earth' termination that it
sits on. The car eliminates this problem quite well with the use of
the tyres; a stationary plant would have far smaller (more
conductive) rubber mounts thus far more 'leakage'.
Even if the rubber genset mounts were sufficient to allow the plant
to form a protective 'shell', the wiring from the generator to your
appliances (load) would again ground the plant.
3. The operation of the plant would cause an eventual 'pollution' of
the localized 'field' that the cell requires. In a car situation you
are moving through the field and so will experience more or less
suitable 'food' for the cell. The sum total will keep the cell
active, unless you are in a very 'bad' area.
The solution is a very old one, read the Old Testament as how to
replicate king Solomon's temple. A little bit expensive but. <big
grin>
4. There is a problem in trying to find the optimum spot for the
operation of the plant, as well as the problem of protecting it from
the vibes of 'bad' visitors and various electromagnetic fields.
The problem is that most of the really good 'spots' are already taken
and are not available to us minions.
5. The strong electromagnetic field around the genset will react with
the cell and may stop or interfere with the breeding process.
6. There is the problem of having a 'free' energy device operating at
a fixed location. The cell emits a definite 'signature' that is
easily detected by 'persons familiar with the art'.
I doubt very much if you would be allowed to continue to do your own
thing without some very heavy and negative attention.
I sincerely hope not, but from previous experiences in this area the
attention is part and parcel of trying to do something that cannot be
metered, and thus charged to your monthly bill.
It will be a while yet before people start using the life force
freely and without hindrance.
Quoting Mitar Tarabich (1820-1899) in reference to our times. "...the
real power will be all around them, .... Only after many a summer,
people will remember this real power, and then they will realize how
stupid it was to dig all those holes (for oil). This power will also
be present in people but it will take a long time before they
discover and use it."
Adrian, I have no experience in a genset conversion so most of the
above is speculative. I hope that I am wrong and that other people
(are you reading this Brett C.?) can advise you further (and better).
<... Most gensets have a feedback mechanism...Don't know how to arrange that in the case of a Joe cell yet.
down. The governor or electronic sensor senses this and the throttle
plate is shifted to increase engine output and thus the RPM.
<... The erratic nature of the revving under a Joe cell...
Only whilst fiddling and fine tuning the installation. Once sorted
out the engine is very smooth and controllable.
The extreme revolution range is what is possible and available, you
do not have to run at or use these extremes.
<.... Witnesses say that cars generally have more power.... but how much more.
Depends on many things but in my experience at the best the extra
power is noticeable, so I would say maybe 20% more. You would have to
get extra information from Joe, Brett or Sol.
<... I also have concerns about noise, which I have posted elsewhere.
Again depends on the conversion, but can range from barely a
difference to just about inaudible.
<... I watched the video we have all been given access to the engine is *very loud*.
The engine at that stage was running on a 'shandy' i.e. petrol and
the cell.
<... It is not made clear whether....the car is running on a cell...
It was only partially running on the cell. Petrol on idle and cell
and some petrol at higher speeds.
<... ...if not why would we be seeing it at all, and why would Joe tell us to check the tacho?
Because Joe was surprised at the higher RPM that the Escort could
achieve. At that time he had no ideas as to why. He was showing an
oddity to the video camera operator.
Please remember that the video was a private video and was not made
for general distribution. Like all of Joe's videos, audiotapes and
verbal information, there is always a condition before Joe allows it
to be recorded. The condition is that the information is not for
general distribution and that it can only be used for the nominated
select group. All that you see and read are the results of
various 'leaks'.
The video that you quote was not taken to prove that a car ran solely
on a cell, it was a mix of many experiments by different groups, with
no final proofs whatsoever.
There is no section of that video that shows a car 'running'
exclusively on the Joe cell. In actuality the video does not show the
internal view of any cell 'running' at stage 3 (or 'breeding').
The vacuum glass jar was not Joe's design or cell and it was running
under engine vacuum and not a blind plug. It did not run the car, at
all stages the car was still running on petrol and the jar had very
minimal input (maybe 10%-20% better fuel economy).
The majority of the video shows 'experiments' that were mainly
designed to run the car on hydroxy (Brown's/Rhodes gas) or to impress
the audience with big bangs and similar. Joe specifically
states, "That is not how I do it".
You must remember that at this stage Joe was spending a lot of time
in reducing the size of the main jets in the Weber on the Escort,
with the aim to lean down the fuel input and so allow the cell to
supply the difference at cruising speed.
I have covered these stages previously.
The fuel that is required to idle the engine is the last thing to be
removed.
It is easier to have the cell 'run' the car at road speed then when
it is stationary. In a Rover with S.U. carburetors and the ideal
block, thing are far simpler.
Too many people watch this unfortunate compilation and assume that
the video has a specific directive, message, aim or plot. Not so.
There are many valuable hints in the two videos (three actually), and
there is also a lot of rubbish.
Depending on the viewers previous experiences in the field of
electrolysis, mechanics, physics, electronics, chemistry and
gullibility, it is very easy to walk away with the wrong
conclusion.
There is a video that was made that shows the complete conversion and
that had continuity and a plot. A 'government agent' made the video
and it shows a car running on a cell. As is usual in these
situations, it is not available to people outside Joe's group of
confidants.
<... So the question I have is - are engines quieter under a cell?
If running on the cell exclusively then the answer is yes.
If running on a shandy then the noise will vary in proportion to the
cells input.
<... if the engine is as loud as Joe's escort my neighbors are going to find it very hard to keep up that old world charm I'm used to.
If you are exclusively running your genset on a cell, the noise and
your neighbor are not a problem, but the guaranteed 'visitors' are.
<sad grin>
In the nicest possible way I suggest you do more research on the
problems and implications before you lay down your hard earned
money.
Kind regards,
Alex.
