Unpredictability.
Man
seems to forget that this is a universe of appearances, a universe of
illusions, and appearances easily deceive unless one makes allowances for them
in every effect of motion. Russell

a. To put forward
some reasoning as to why the Joe cell is unreliable.
b. To put forward
additional information on the ‘vibratory ether’ and the cell’s use thereof.
The location of
the cell.
The earth can be
considered to be a spherical form; we (and the cell) are located on the outer
surface of this sphere.
At an altitude of
around 50 km, the ions created by solar and cosmic radiations form a conductive
sphere around the earth known as the electrosphere or equalising layer. (Ref.
1)
We can consider
these two spheres as being the two plates of a capacitor and our location as
being in the dielectric of this large spherical capacitor.
A capacitor or
condenser is a device for storing electrical charge. It consists of two or more
metal plates separated by an insulating layer called the dielectric.
A dielectric is an
insulator such as rubber or air that is capable of supporting electric stress.
(Ref. 2)
Thus we have two
good conductors separated by the atmosphere which is a very poor conductor. For
those interested the capacity of this spherical capacitor is between 1 and 2
Farads.
This capacitor has
a potential of about 300,000 volts across it, with the earth as the negative
electrode.
The mean voltage
gradient is about 6 volts per meter (6 x 50 km = 300,000 v), so a Joe cell (as
well as all of us) will be under the influence of this gradient.
Needles to say this
gradient (thus dielectric stress) will vary due to atmospheric conditions some
of which are, lightning, rain, wind, dust, smoke, mist, clouds, pollution, solar
and planetary activities as well as the more mysterious etheric disturbances
and flows.
You don’t have to
be a rocket scientist to realise that the cell is constantly under the
influence of this ‘soup’ of forces, some negative and some positive. Similarly
you should realise that there would be an optimum time for the greatest chance
at seeding the cell.
It is vital to
comprehend that although you may have not changed any variables on your cell
that the ultimate variable (the dielectric and what it contains) is constantly
changing.
The charging
process.
Much has been
written on this topic by many people, some pure guess work, some theoretical,
some nonsense and some empirical data as well. I would suggest that we stick to
empirical data only.
I have mentioned
many times that a good cell can go to stage 3 within 1 minute. I have also
mentioned that if it does not that there is no point in leaving high currents
across it in the hope that it will seed. Nor is there any point in raising the
voltage (thus more current flow) or adding more electrolyte (thus also more
current flow) in the hope of improving the process.
You are wasting
your time as well as possibly damaging your cell.
There are several
methods that I use and they both work reasonably well.
1. Leave a small
current (not the normal current) on the cell for a very long period, a minimum
of one week.
Due to the
dielectric variations over that period, you have a reasonable chance of seeding
your cell if you catch the ‘right’ conditions.
2. Try bursts of
normal current for 5 minutes at a time with at least an hour break between
attempts. As the current is greater, the resulting electric/magnetic forces
will tend to seed the cell from a lesser ‘favourable set of conditions’ then in
the preceding method.
What is implied by
the term “normal current”?
It is the voltage
and current used that results in a favourable power (Watts) that supplies what the
cell requires. However this power over time will produce detrimental and
unnecessary heat.
For example we
could use 12 volts and 1 amp to produce 12 watts to charge the cell. As water
has a very high specific latent heat factor, there will be minimal heat rise in
the water over 5 minutes. If we used 120 volts and 1 amp to produce 120 watts,
it is obvious that we would not leave this current on for the same time
duration and still expect our water not to heat up.
Just as in
photographic processing, we are playing with the time versus temperature
constants to achieve our aim. We want to leave the current on for a
sufficiently long interval to catch the variations around the cell that will
aid the seeding action and yet prevent an undesirable temperature rise in our
water.
People have
fragmented on this charging topic and many methods are now followed as being
the ‘only way to go’.
That is fine, many
methods will work, but do not follow them blindly, read this update and try to
understand what you are trying to achieve.
Charging for “20
minutes, 5 minutes, every hour, once a day, 12 volts, 120 volts, 200 volts, 1
amp, 150 milliamps” are all nonsensical an meaningless terms, as by themselves
they do not convey how much work is done and over what period of time.
Many years ago I
tried to standardise the cell techniques by laying down some recommendations,
with the aim of sharing our data and thus as a worldwide team getting there
quicker.
It was not to be
and that is all in the past, let us now at least understand why we use X
amounts of volts to get Y amount of current to produce Z amount of watts.
(Orgone) or the
‘force’.
As mention in the
section above, the cell experiences many variations by simply sitting on our
bench. I would like to now delve into the metaphysical aspect of the ‘fuel’
that the cell requires.
The prime force
has been given many names, in memory of Reich I use Orgone, you can call
it what you like.
Here is an example from Gurdjieff. (Ref. 3)
“Etherokrilno is
that prime-source substance with which the whole Universe is filled, and which
is the basis for the arising and maintenance of everything existing.
Not only is the
Etherokrilno the basis for the arising of all cosmic concentrations without
exception, both large and small, but also all cosmic phenomenon in general
proceed during some transformation in this same fundamental cosmic substance as
well as during the processes of the involution and evolution of various
crystallizations -- or , as your favourites say, of those active elements –
which have obtained and still continue to obtain their prime arising from the
same fundamental prime –source cosmic substance”
The above prime
substance consists of three independent forces, that is to say, “…this sacred
law manifests in everything, without exception, and everywhere in the Universe,
in three separate independent aspects”.
The Joe cell is in
this “Etherokrilno”, Orgone, the prime substance field.
By using
electro/magnetic/geometric/molecular processes we are able to separate the
prime substance into the three independent forces, although rather crudely and
not were well controlled at this present state of the art.
Keely did the same
thing, in 1871 John Keely stated;
“I have tapped a
great new source of energy. A device which disintegrated the Etheric
force (Orgone) that controls the atomic constitution of matter”.
Notice again the reference
to disintegrating the prime substance.
Reich hinted at
the same process. In ‘Cosmic Superimposition’ Reich showed that Orgone streams,
when meeting under certain conditions and angles, give rise to or result
in the creation of matter.
Recently as a
result of a big ‘hint’ to mankind an attempt was made to utilise the above law
of the “three separate and independent aspects” of the prime force.
The hint was the
famous Barbury Castle tetrahedron crop circle that demonstrates the ‘trinity’
contained in Ether.
In 1991 Chris
Hardeman built a six foot replica of this crop circle design and by
administrating electromagnetic radiation to it via a microwave oven magnetron
(2.45 GHz) achieved a visible levitation. These tests were repeated many times
and over many years.
The point of the
above example is that gravitation forces can be reduced, nullified and inverted
by means of electromagnetic radiation.
When I did my
first Rover conversion, I experienced a major oil leak as the rear crankshaft
seal was forced out of the motor. Other experienced a very large oil
consumption with copious smoke pouring out the exhaust pipe.
To circumvent the
above some people rant their engines with no oil at all!
On talking to Joe
the problem was due a “conversion not being done just right”.
As is well known
there are reports of a truck levitating, cars being lifted with one hand, and
very low engine rpm (can count the crank pulley turns) and well as abnormally
high rpm (well above 8,000 rpm).
All the above
suggest to me a modification of the mass and thus a modification of
conventional gravitational laws. To you it may suggest BS. <g>
What am I
attempting to state with the above thread?
- The Joe cell can
modify the prime substance and affect the resultant balance of the three independent
forces. Depending on the outcome of this ‘down-conversion’ the resultant
‘frequency’ or resultant force output can have various effects.
- At present the
exact control of the cell is not known to the general experimenter and we
progress by stumbling along in the dark.
- It is this lack of
knowledge of the controlling variables that causes a cell (that may have worked
previously) to be so temperamental or a total failure the next time.
- As we have so few
successful experimenters that are prepared to share, we will never find out all
the other possibilities of the cell’s modification of the ‘three independent
forces’.
For example a cell
made to ‘run’ a car can turn out to have other abilities.
- 1. There is a well
known video of a dragster that Joe modified that contains a ‘canister’.
This was many
years ago when sub 6 second times were an exception, the dragster clocked 4.7
(or thereabouts), a new track record.
On close
examination of the video ‘mass modification’ does spring to mind.
- 2. Joe claims
transmutation abilities for the cell; apparently he can make any element
whatsoever.
- 3. According to
Peter Braniff the publicity coordinator for Stellar Aerospace, their flying
crafts are based on these principles, i.e. the “gravitational pulse drive”.
- 4. The cell will
modify the cell water and these modifications are very beneficial for all
living things.
In short, depending
on the design of the cell it is possible to vary the ‘mix’ of the resulting
independent forces and all effects should be possible.
Summary.
I have tried to
very briefly cover the main reasons why a properly made and proven design cell
‘refuses’ to do as asked. Two main reasons are;
a. We live in a
dielectric. This dielectric is in a constant state of flux, this includes a
varying quantity of Orgone (the prime force).
b. Due to cell
design faults the cell may not down-convert sufficient primary force to produce
the chosen ‘independent force’ that we are after for our application.
In saying this I
presume that the experimenters knows what ‘final independent force they are
after and how to ‘extract’ it. Needles to say, there is not much of this cell ‘fine
tuning information’ out there. <sad grin>
